Cut the Pork Ribs with a Handheld Bone Saw - Part 1

PLEASE NOTE: This video may not be suitable for some adults and children.


Once the ribs are liberated remove the thick membrane on the back of the ribs. It is chewy and will make eating the rib easier.


We recommend smoking/cooking the ribs the day you butcher. Ribs are awkward in plastic and freezer paper and want to poke through.
