This is not our usual venue of videos but due to Covid-19 and the meat shortages in the stores and livestock producers not being able to move their meat as they used to we wanted to share our information to help you, your family and your local livestock producer.
Ray Mapel will take you through the lost art of the home butcher process from start to finish. In this series of informational educational videos he will talk about how to humanely dispatch the animal and in the series of short videos will outline the basic process of removing the skin, gutting, boning, processing and packaging the meat.
